Comments: Happy Monday! I had a really fun day yesterday. I'm finally on Spring Break for a week! Yay! Finals went alright. I'm trying to enjoy the break as much as possible before school starts again next week. But that doesn't mean that I'm not going to stick to my calorie goal so hopefully this week will be successful since I don't have school to focus on!

Heads up...I'll be camping this weekend and I'm pretty sure my phone won't work up there. So I won't be doing a daily post on Saturday or Sunday nor will I weight in on Saturday. I will on Monday instead. OK? On the plus side, I'll be bring healthy foods so I won't be over eating and we'll be getting in lots of exercise!
If you don't weigh in Saturday, it won't count for this week, it would be better if you weighed before you went, but if that doesn't matter to you, then it's ok, you won't be dropped or anything.0 -

Day/Goals: Bench, Bent Over Row, Dumbbell Flys, Hammer Curls, Skull Crushers, and I finished with 10 minutes elliptical--really just to throw in some extra calorie burn, for some reason on arms days I don't burn as many calories as I do on the other days so I added some straight calorie burn because---I need to burn some.1 -

total weight loss in March so far is 5.2 lbs
I went to a March Madness party Saturday and drank beer and ate anything and everything that I wanted. Sunday, I ate more of what I wanted and I gained 5 pounds in two days. The funny part is that I lost those 5 lbs two days later when I went back to my regular eating and workout program.

I understand how hard it is to be good when you're sick. It's why I've been on a mission not to get sick--I know, easier said than done. I literally have germ-x in my car--and sadly I think it's helping. Now it's going to turn me into a germaphobe.
