This is a group for me! I have been doing this forever. I have done very good until the last 2 days. In the past I would just give up and continue but so far today I am staying on track with my goals.

Very stressful couple of days hopefully ended yesterday. It was a big FAIL with only 1621 steps for the day.

Day 12 Rest

I do. They are the days that I don't work my 2nd job. On my rest days I have started making myself get off the couch more though. So I average 2,000 to 4,000 on rest days. It's a big improvement over the 100 to 2,000 a few weeks ago.

Yesterday I listened to a different radio station on the way to work and didn't turn the radio on until a few blocks from on the way home.

Started out on day 9 becausee I was already doing 50 to 100 squats a day. Thurs. was day 11 for me. I didn't have much time between jobs today and couldn't really break them up. I "felt" everyone of them. I am now at a rest day for Friday.

Congratulstions! I imagine after that many you are shaky. I think that I am going to mix mine up something like this some days. I just learned the frog squat last week and forgot about the pile squat. Thanks for the idea.

I eat more due to stress. I have started buying more fresh veggies.I also bought some frozen fruit bars. I work at night at least 3 nights a week as a server. I have started taking mini rice cakes or celery and it has helped so far.
