  • I'm in. :) I've been keto since Dec. 2015 and have lost 132 lbs. This year I've stopped tracking due to stress; I'm not gaining but I've stopped losing. I call it a win that I can maintain, but now I'd like to get that last 40 lbs off!
  • I've been keto for 18 months. It looks like based on what you're eating you're missing out on some of the fat that would keep you satiated. Maybe add in some avocado or other higher-fat items that are healthy.
  • I use Samsung for my steps! :) I used to have a fitbit, but wanted a smartwatch so I got a Gear S2. PM if you want to be step buddies!
  • I've been doing strict keto since January and am down 81 lbs. Counting everything is a must. It is really easy to let things "creep" up without realizing, then you're out of ketosis or hit a major plateau. Calories, carbs, fat, protein - count those and you're golden. :)
