Try ground chicken or turkey instead of beef, add more beans, add more veggies, don't add cheese or sour cream on top...look for small changes to cut calories!

I have the same sugar problem. It seems like sugar from fruit should be okay and not counted toward your sugar goal. You are supposed to eat 3-4 servings per day! That would go way over the quota. I have no idea what to do!
