If dropping weight is your goal then just take a protein shake. At the end of the day your goal is to have a calorie deficit.

Water and water and more water will keep you full. It take a few weeks for your stomach to get smaller and fell less hungry. It works for me.

On those day I want to cheat, I have a very small meal or snack for lunch that way I can enjoy a 500-700 calorie dinner. It's been working for me. Just don't make it a habit. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin and mineral.
