Apple cinnamon oats with blueberries is one of my obsessions! Sometimes I switch it up and make steel cut oats with blueberries and add some sugar and cinnamon. Figs are pretty good in steel cut oats. Almost every day I have some variant of this.

I wish I was confident enough to run only wearing a sports bra. I have a bad tan from wearing tank tops all summer. I think people should do what makes them comfortable. I could care less if I pass by a dude without a shirt or a lady with only a sports bra on her upper half.

There are mirrors at my local YMCA as well. I've never really tried to see if anyone else was looking because I was worried they'd notice so that is a relief. Haha

Starting today! I'm not going to eat after 8pm. I have a really bad ice cream craving if I get wind that my parents bought some then end up eating way more than a serving late at night. It has to stop!
