eat what it how much it tells you to eat! even exercise calories. i tore myself down trying to loose weight faster by not eating enough and exercising like a maniac. did more harm than good! now i eat more than ever and i am still loosing weight.

i used to pull epic cheat days when i was much larger and it didnt hinder my weight loss. now that i have shed some pounds i cheat on a meal or have a beer maybe two. seems like i loose faster after a heavy calorie day. its weird
