Late night snacks always win for me. My goal is to not eat after midnight since im a night owl. And to not eat after dinner snacks after dinner 4 times a week. Call it the gremlin challenge if you will (cant feed em after midnight) So far Me:1 Lns:0

Awesome. Not a single parent, but I am starting out in life, living with a signifigant other so its kinda stressful, especially trying to eat healthy on a college student budget for two and finding time to exercise. Looking to lose 100 but taking small steps to keep from yo yoing.
