  • I work nights and I'll never give up the differential. My kids are older so I usually get 6ish hours of sleep per night. As for tracking, I prelog and only eat between 10 pm and 7 am. That works if I go to bed at a reasonable time, but if I'm up really late running errands I'm almost guaranteed to go over calories.
  • Use the 360. It's probably a misprint on your package. Couscous is around 180 call per 3 Oz. Spinach is much less. Maybe add 50 calories just in case. Also, it's very possible that the bag didn't contain 2 servings. Some do, others can be 1.8, 2.2, ect.
  • I log my day from wake up to when I go to bed. I enter food in diary after midnight by hitting back arrow to "yesterday". Or, if I'm working I'll prolog as much as possible.
  • That's what I did for boot camp classes. Now I have an activity tracker with HR monitor, it doesn't give me as many calories (400+ instead of 500+).
  • Trainers can be expensive, but if you can afford it- go for it. I have never seen a trainer yell at a client in any gym I've ever been to. Maybe they encourage you to push harder, but usually that is done with encouragement. Do a little research and find someone whose approach lines up with your goals. Good luck. Full…
  • My activity tracker (garmin ) calculates calories burned based on HR, I have it synced with MFP. Otherwise, like PP says change your activity setting.
  • I'm not a fan of vanilla shakes, but a coworker gave me a bag. So I add instant decaf coffee powder and mix with almond milk. Depending on how sweet the protein mix is you might need to add additional sweetner. I don't have caffeine every day, it would probably be even better mixed with cold brewed coffee.

  • Drained canned tuna is good, I eat that on salad 3x week. Also fake meat- Morningstar farms is good and if there is Wegman's near you their store brand is excellent. Marinated baked tofu is also good, but is pretty expensive if you don't make it homemade.
  • Not my worst, but the worst recently: I ate an entire large jar of nutella over 3 days in addition to all my normal food. I didn't log those 3 days so I don't know how bad the totals were.
  • So, hit the diary button then hit the arrow at the top, it will take you to yesterday. Then add any food you eat. I track my days from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. Start the new day when you wake up.
  • Please add me to challenge
