food - its that simple. Eat less then your daily allowance and you will lose weight/bf% - Eat more and you will gain. Gym is a bonus

why would you have a cheat day? its totally opposite to what you want to do... seems pointless imo... Like mentioned, have a smaller dinner portion on a normal day an have a peice of choclate if you need it...

Even if it is a mental thing - it works. It dont really matter and not being qualified in the field means I cannot put up a valid argument, however it works for me, and thats what matters. :D

This is not true - I didn't use it when I started lifting. Now I do, after being shown - it does improve workout/lifts.

My goal is december 2017 - I will be active daily. I have gone through and added a bunch of people. But i cant carry on. It seems to only be ladies usually looking for Friends, so instead of being the creep sending out 100s of friend requests I thought id post and let them come to me. Divided we fall, United we stand.

Something I Forgot - 7. Nutrition. Learn. When you learn what you are and are not eating. It makes you want to make better choices. 100%. You look at a biscuit and think... "Thats 100 calories of X" and you decide not to eat it. Honestly, THis is one of my biggest achievements.
