I love my overnight oats. I prep them Sunday night to last me Monday-Thursday. I add 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup cashew milk, fresh berries or apples, cinnamon, hemp seeds, and a dollop of Greek yogurt. It keeps me comfortably full and satisfied all morning long. And better yet, prevents me from snacking at my desk.
