I just feel like I've made such a drastic change in what I eat and how much I eat that my weight loss should be drastic too. I wonder if the insulin is hindering progress.

Thanks for the encouragement. I'm definitely not starving myself. I'm on a high protein, low carb diet. I eat until I'm full. I try to keep my calories between 1,500 and 1,800 per day.
