Hi, I'm happy for you that you've also decided to lead a healthier life. By the sound of it you've been making changes since November; that makes it about a month and a half longer than me. Sounds like you are well on your way. I also struggle a little with making sure that I eat as much as I need to. I'm 6'1" 240lbs 24%…
