Try finding a slightly healthier version of the "cheat meal", with a little less calories. Switching up some of my weight lifting routines has helped me in the past. Try some new workouts you haven't done before. Look up compound workouts.

Why are you wanting to avoid fat? There are a lot of great foods with healthy fats that your body needs though they do usually tend to be higher in calories.
