I track and for the most part achieve my nutrient intake set for 1750 calories while researching the foods and keeping the calories under the 1750 And virtually no carbonated drinks whatsoever or sweets

Thank you looks like i was expecting to much from what i need to loose about 25 lbs so i shouldnt expect to lose more than .5 or 1 lb per week that helps alot to where maybe only weigh once a week also
