Yum! Although I must admit I don't buy bread very often because it goes stale before I finish it. Here's another go-to snack for me: Ryvita Multigrain Crackers topped with almond butter, blueberries, almond and coconut - any fruit and nut butter on these crackers is amazing!

Try slicing it up and sautéing it with a tiny tiny bit of olive oil or vegetable broth and then squeezing Meyer lemon on it. Season with salt & pepper.
