Right..all the above is right.. If you want change you have to dedicate yourself to that change other wise your wasting time. Just try it out for a week and see how you do. If you like whatever you'er doing to stay motivated to get to your goal stick with it. Why not lol

Hey girl. I am not a professional in all this but if you want to lose weight aim to eat your protein and lots of veggies and a piece of fruit in between meals plus drink a lot of water. Plus tracking your food helps with the myfitness app. Good luck
