How’s it going for you? I’m going to start a carnivore diet Monday and getting ready for the challenge. I have my diabetes under control but I’ve been insulin resistant since I was young. I’m curious to see how it will change my health and help with weight loss.

Hello I’ve been Vegan for 4 months and I was Vegetarian for a year. Oatmeal or shake in the morning. I try and have 1/2 of beans in the morning if possible and for lunch as well with a good hearty salad quinoa. For dinner I may make some noodles with tofu.
