I think my calorie goal is low. I made my goal for all ct I set but missed MFP goal by about 150. How'd you do yesterday?

By category, raw or cooked veggies are best. Fresh fruit is 2nd but if you're carb sensitive count calories. But isn't the mindless munching what got me her in the first place? That might be another question to ask
