  • I’m also looking to lose less than 20 pounds. More like 12-15. From what I’ve been reading I may be eating back too many calories from exercise deductions. I work out 5-6 days a week. Sometimes I really wonder why! Maybe if I get down to my goal weight I’ll try to adjust up or down. Good luck with your goals!
  • Hi. This may be a bad time to introduce myself because I’m hungry! Anyway I’m 45 now and looking to fight an ever expanding waistline. Hopefully being here and using MFP will help. I’m struggling a bit now because I haven’t been seeing any results.
  • I’m glad I came across your question because I’m having similar trials. I get really frustrated because I believe that I’ve made improvements but seeing no results. The replies here are helpful. Good luck.
