You can cheat here and there while on vacation but I would still do a workout session as to not feel soo guilty lol

There's a balance that needs to be made, but if she works out that's even better. You could have workout date sessions. That's what I would do.

If your weight lifting then you should take in enough calories in order to have enough energy to follow through your work out regimen. Weight lifting also burns fat quicker than brutal cardio. The heavier the weight that you can manage of course the more you'll burn and for longer period of time. Google it you'll see…

Steel cut oats are the best non flavored. The flavored ones are high in sugar. To sweeten it up cut some banana slices and mix it up

You shouldn't skip breakfast at all. I prep my protein smoothy the night before because I'm always on the go. I eat 6 small meals a day.

I do intense weight training 3x a week for 30 min and then cardio for 1hr the other days and leave one day of rest.

I typically will do for the week my work week which is mon.- fri. I just prep breakfast, lunch and snack for the week on Sunday's. I weigh the food and put them into containers and bring them all to work and just leave it in our fridge in my office. It takes time but in the long run it def. worth it.
