Awesome! Before I started eating clean, I didn't realize how much junk is in the grocery stores. It was all food to me. Now I enjoy the colors on my plate from the natural foods I choose. Keep it up, you're going to feel even better. You can't beat that for motivation!

To be safe, I only use about half my calories burned. I find that if I eat all I've burned, I gain a pound or two. Weird!
