  • *Side note - swimmers often report feeling hungrier after workouts because the body has to work twice as hard to keep itself warm in a cold environment (the water). If you wanna avoid binging after a workout, try exercising in a warm area (crowded gym, sauna) - the heat helps suppress appetite.
