I did it! I just sneaked under my calorie goal, tracked everything, and managed a two hour walk. I'd like to be doing some more active exercise, but at the moment I'm not really feeling up to it, so trying to take it a bit gentler.

Yes, yes, yes - on track today. I went for a walk in the sunshine which was nice. Normally hillwalking is my favourite exercise, but that's not really possible right now, hopefully soon.
