  • Hello, I have found the best way is to log everything I eat. I also log my exercise daily. The best way is to lose 1-2 lbs a week. I started back on Oct 18th at 192lbs and have lost 46 pounds up to date. I am now at 146 lbs. I try and look at each pound as a success. I look at losing 5 lb increments at a time, which helps…
