I’ve had a hard week work is extremely busy and now I have a cold. Weigh in today a gained 1.4 blah.

I’m 48 and working on a healthy lifestyle and it isn’t easy I struggle as I have family members that like the idea of healthy but don’t put the words into action. So I’m all alone in this. Which makes it twice as hard.

Good morning all. Jan loss of 5 lbs Feb gain of 3 lbs Feb was not a good month for me. Now we are into March a new month with new motivation. Hopefully this month is much better. Thanks for all the support.

Hi all please feel free to add me. I have 50 plus to lose. I’ve lost 5 lbs in Jan but I’ve been struggling allot the last 2 weeks. I am not able to be active right know I have a knee injury so my food choices are very important and I’m not doing well. Please help.
