Hi I'm here because I'm struggling with a bad fall back in regards to a long term battle with food. People don't realise because I'm quite physically fit so I can submit to binges without people saying more than "cheat day?" Etc. The problem is when I try to avoid triggers people just push me obviously not realising that…

I'm 26 and still fighting the urge to binge every day! No weight loss goal as such just a desire to break a bad cycle

I had a bad day yesterday (junk food spiral and food hangover this morning) but I read on here once that you should take your bad day and use it to fuel your work out the next day - so I'm just out of an hour long gym class today and feeling great! It's not how many times you fall, it's how many times you get back up that…

I feel like that sometimes too, for me finding something nice to wear that I really want to look good in, forcing myself back into the gym, listening to something that drives me and pushing myself extra hard. I went in today and made a personal best after a weeks slump! Now I'm as driven as ever :)

I did the same this week. I'm so relieved to see I'm not alone!

@JaydenLindsey420 Finding the music that makes you enjoy running is key. I'm not a major Taylor Swift fan but her 1989 album makes me run better. I don't know the science behind this but the music is key. It helped me go from 5k to 10k and LOOK FORWARD TO IT. I swear

Hi I've only joined and I'm finding logging my eating habits on mfp has really helped me with my issues with food so far, I haven't ever taken steps to get better before so hearing how other people are dealing with similar situations might help!
