I typically eat something before the gym at 5:30 and then my protein shake afterwards. Occasionally I'll make egg white with half a bagel if still hungry. Depends mainly on my workout.

Meal prep is the way to go no matter when you have to go to work. Once I started doing that I made best progress. If you forget have a spare pack of tuna with you...maybe a little lite mayo packet lol

Hey djdean, congrats on your life change. Staying motivated is key but remember the reason why you are doing so. A lot of great motivational videos on YouTube. I search fitness motivation and listen to motivation speeches as I start workout. T
