That's a great idea :) There's a yoga class in the mornings at my gym that I've been wanting to try. Maybe now is the time to start!

Yeah, the only time I'm available to go to the gym during my work days is 4am which means I need to be in bed by 9pm or I never get enough sleep. Which is hard when you have a little one that hates bed time. I do find that when I exercise I feel a lot better, but sometimes my body won't let me get up at 4am. I get stress…

After awhile of not eating it I just don't crave it anymore. I guess my body is used to it now.

I've stopped buying junk food altogether and make a list of foods I need that week. It has helped me tremendously and is helping me eat clean :)
