Mmmm feta!! I love that this thread exists lol! I make a zoodle salad (zuchinni noodles) with tomato, olives, onions, cucumbers and of course feta! It's like a greek pasta salad but with less calories so you can add more feta ;)

I didn't know you could change it so it doesn't add the calories back, I've just been keeping note of it and not eating those added calories lol it's been a pain

Congrats everyone!! You are all working so hard and doing an amazing job, definitely inspiring!! I have hit my first mini goal ( to get under 330), yay! Next mini goal is to lose another 8 lbs to make an even 30 lb loss for 2016 :)

I have mine private out of fear of unsolicited advice ( I tend to lean towards low carb and my weakness is salty food)I unfortunately get a lot of that in my life in general so I guess I avoid that on here because I know I will take it to heart and ultimately give up. I do however think I would open it up to individuals…

Weigh-in day today, 331.8, down 8lbs since last weigh in, down 14.4 lbs since started MFP March 14. Super excited to notice such a difference, it's a grand total of 20.7 lbs lost since October 2015(when I bought my wedding dress :P)

Did well today, so much temptation though. Birthday party today, chips, cake, ice cream...but stuck to my cucumbers and carrots lol I may have been a little grumpy for a bit but I got to enjoy a yummy but healthy dinner because I didn't have that cake.
