Just out of preference I've been eating low carb with lots of veggies and protein. I do treat myself to what I'd like to eat at times but making sure I stay within my calories.

I'm loving Cize! I am switching between the first 2 workouts "Crazy 8s" and "You got this" until next week. The songs are fun and it doesn't seem like a workout, which I really like! A friend told me there was a sign or maybe a youtube video that let's you see one of the Cize workouts, I will try to find it and share it :)
