I weigh most everything (fruits,veggies,meat) cooked except potatoes I weigh those raw. At least that's what my trainer told me to do.

I only weigh every 7 days. I personally found weighing daily just discouraged me. I've haven't lost but a few pounds but I've lost several inches which the scale can't tell you that.

I've been losing weight by increasing protein and drinking a gallon of water per day. Keeping my macros at 40% (good)carbs, 30% (good)fat, 30% protein.
