@MissionEnforcer CHALLENGE #3 I made a vegetable thick soup and added Thyme I usually add Coriander to my soup . i was surprised i liked it . and i will add Thyme again . :)

challenge 1 completed I did the first video I enjoyed it and it wasn't to bad on the back either . :)

CHALLENGE 3 I don't know if this will count for the 5 points for the team . but I gave up riding my bike not by choice but because I have hurt my back .

Sorry team I don't think my miles will be many this week and I don't think I will be able to do the challenges .due to my back giving up on me... :'( ouch . I will try but just letting you all know just incase .

Can i just point out doing the feet challenge was a really big thing for me . as i hate feet . do you think its worth extra points for the team lol :D

Challenge 3. I had a chestnut and bamboo shoot stir fry last night . something I have never had before and dont think i will be having again it was a sort of dry nutty texture .
