yep its a English summer pud . whip the egg whites until stiff than bake in the oven leave to cool than break up or you can do what I do and just buy them lol.

LOL @ littlebarry. Real Eaton mess is. broken meringue folded into whipped double cream and strawberries. Quark is a soft cheese fat free.

Hee hee love the clip Littlebarry. I have been doing hours of gardening to earn my minutes. cutting lawns. moving slabs. weeding. planting. for the last two days. I will be doing the dancing over the weekend. I have had the raspberries. a sort of Eton mess.

I don't have a problem with drinking the water I add squash or a lemon. I have been putting off the Zumba but I will get it done today. I have been giving my dogs a extra walk too.
