I eat before I go but take some nuts or homemade trail mix with me in case I get hungry and drink water.

I did hire a trainer and that was helpful but ivecslso just asked other members when I see them doing a machine ir exercise I wanted to try.

I've just gone on YouTube and typed in what I wanted- beginner yoga, 20 minute yoga. I set it up on my laptop and it's like a private class at home. Having said that I haven't done it in awhile so thanks for the reminder

I am just starting on low carb- was started on Metformin. Struggle with it. But so far when I have been craving sweets I can satisfy it with frozen yogurt or a piece of hard candy. I really miss cookies.
