I love my Buddy System leash which lets me take both my dogs with me and leaves my hands free. I also dig my Fitbit Blaze. I don't really have any other accessories, but I am eye-balling those Flipbelts; I think I could use one. :)

Almond milk is great but for creamy soups I prefer to use cashews. Soak them for at least four hours, drain and then blend with enough broth to get it reach the desired smooth and creamy consistency.

MFP has at least acknowledged that there is still an issue and reports that they are working on it. They appear to be using the same announcement from yesterday to report updates/progress. Tried the FitJoy cinnamon roll bars and I don't like them nearly as much as the frosted brownie ones. I am going to have to try the Lil Buff Bakery cake next. Also, thanks to this thread I am now completely addicted to Noosa yogurt. You guys are awesome!

I sleep better...a lot better. When I was heavier, I likely had sleep apnea. I snored loudly, woke up frequently and occasionally stopped breathing. Once I'd lost about 50 pounds, that all stopped. Not a food, but Chapstick makes a Birthday Cake flavor (scent?) that is amazing. On another note, I finally tried Noosa yogurt and now I know what y'all are raving about. Holy cow! It's amazing. My grocer only carries the standard fruit flavors. I hope I can find some of the other amazing-sounding flavors nearby somewhere.

I am almost there. I started in January at 286 and weighed in at 211 this morning. I haven't been under 200 pounds in over 20 years, so I am pretty excited about it.

I don't wear my rings very often. The last time I put them on I had to shift all of them by one finger because they were each too big for where I had been previously wearing them. That was almost two months ago and I haven't worn them since. I wonder how, or even if, they will fit once I reach my goal.
