  • Snack a lil while you prepare their dinners. Eat yours in solitude late at night. I enjoy 10-11pm dinners
  • yes. Once for cardio or HIIT, and go back again later that day for weights. I used to three times. Cardio/Calisthenics for PT in the morning, weights during lunch break, and cardio again after work (always same 5 mile trail run). The hallway that I worked in was getting into trouble for some people not making good scores…
  • Snowboarding and cycling winter through spring. Rockclimbing, surfing, and kayaking during the summer. Anything with free weights in the gym.
  • Tip #1. Look up all recipes in advance so you have time to go shopping for all the ingredients you probably won't have. My wife *kitten* about the recipes every day because her shopping list and meals are totally separate from mine
  • New member to Keto and on my 2nd week and loving it so far. First week, I dropped a *kitten* ton of water weight which gave a false sense of confidence (and fear), but I'm still continuing to drop at a good rate and enjoying my looks in the mirror. My wife is in the same club as you. She's giving birth to our second child…
  • Been there done that. My old apartment gym lacked any free weights, so I joined a gym. I picked one of the newest and most expensive gyms in the areafor a multitude of reasons. However my new apartment gym has everything I need, so im back to free work outs. My gym membership was great, and hearing all my coworkers…
  • Is this your first HIIT program? I would have suggested starting off with progression. Maybe something easier like T25 or one of the other beginner to intermediate based programs. I look forward to trying Insanity Max 30 myself
  • I wish I could find a gym where they sell me stuff. If I could get both girl scout cookies and some roids, I would be a happy camper
  • I can't resist some good trail mix. I ate half a bag of macadamias last night while watching netflix. lol I havn't even been keeping count of my calories, but just my macro percentages. All I know is eat lots of fat and some protein and forget about everything else
  • Do you find yourself sleeping a *kitten* ton? I didn't wanna wake up in the morning during my fasting period. Now I have so much energy that I have trouble sleeping past 3:30am -_-
  • All labor workers will still drink water during Ramadan. Pretty much have to, to keep from dehydrating themselves or dying in the heat of African/Middle Eastern countries
  • So these special fasts for broth only, or kale only, etc could be named by their specialty, but water only would still just be a normal fast
  • I've been talking about how handsome I am for the past 13 years. Hopefully I don't fall off anytime soon
  • Fasting is easy, but I wouldn't recommend it for someone going through rigorous training for a triathlon. You're hungry because your body needs that fuel. lol Sitting at a desk all day through the week makes it a peace of cake though. I did a 48 hour fasting period earlier this week just because I worked 14-15 hour days…
  • on Day 5. I've been losing about 1lb per day or a lil more. I think I'm gonna switch my percentages from losing weight to maintaining for fear of losing muscle, but it sure is nice seeing my BF percentage drop on the scale a whopping 2% this week
  • Hate hard rock, but love some heavy *kitten* progressive/technical metal and every once andd awhile some metalcore and grindcore to remind me of the goofy guy i used to be
  • Most of the thai people in my family go to thai restaurants for the boat noodles..so soup myth is dispelled
  • Thats amazing. My dad actually really wants me to take over his old BMW touring bikes and get a sidecar for one of them. I don't have a garage for all of it, though. lol I might get a sidecar for one of his bikes and just keep it in his garage so I can give him rides whenever I visit
  • Yea, shes from Thailand where people get run over all the time and the CCTV of the incident posted all over social media. I keep getting her on the edge of giving in, but then some local biker will fly past her at 2x the speed limit and scare the wits out of her and she'll come back home telling me "never." lol I just want…
  • genius! Unfortunately its not a money issue. There's a problem with that. I already have all of them and shes already used to a fine *kitten* husband ;) ;) hhaha Nope. That would be an old '64 impala on hydraulics that I never got to buy growing up.
  • Bacon, beef, and sausage are all go-tos. Eggs, peanut butter, and avocado are great as well. I don't see how this could be hard at all. lol Heavy cream smoothies, etc etc

  • I confess that I think I'm gonna buy a motorcycle against my wife's wishes and just not tell her. Maybe park it on the back side of the apartment building and see how long I can ride it to work each day without telling her I own one
  • I've done this once next to someone using the power rack for a substantial amount of time. They must have been doing a 20x10 or something, because that *kitten* was ridiculous. Instead of squatting my full amount, I put enough on there for me to lift over my head but still work me out. I picked up an olympic barbell and…

  • Som Tam is about 100 calories per cup. The satay chicken appetizer is about 40-50 calories per skewer. The spicy crispy catfish may be between 300-350 calories as well
  • My wife didn't have parents since she was abandoned as an infant. So lets hope she doesn't follow their footsteps  I'm def like my dad, minus the weight and the diabetes, and me being better looking. But I def have his temperament, facial expressions, and eventually gray hair
  • Drink enough water to always feel bloated, and maybe you won't want to eat. Really though, I've read that fiber is supposed to be used when feeling hungry, but I've tried it and it doesn't work for me. What works best for me is this CytoSport Monters Milk protein powder. I've never felt so bloated from drinking…
  • No such thing as too late. I have my dinner between 10:30 - 11:30pm most nights and go to bed by midnight. Still losing weight.
  • Use an online keto calculator to determine your macros, and there are a plethora of online sites for keto recipes. Let me warn you that all the best foods are fat foods, so you will be overwhelmed with deliciousness. My first keto day was a triple cheeseburger with a heavy cream (turns into whipped cream once blended)…
