I'm 256 right now and I want to get down to 145-155 That would be very lean for me. My current goal is just to get down to 190. I'm a very dense person and was very lean at 160 lifting weights a lot. I know how you feel, Try a waist trainer (not so tight you can't breathe) when you do cardio. And focus mostly on high intensity (like sprints) and weight lifting. And just keep at it <3 body sculpting takes time and dedication and you are doing so great at that.

You look great! Sounds like you want to tone up! Try heavy weights and running/incline walking and make sure your water intake is up! Swimming and hot yoga may help too. Make sure your protein intake is high

My husband says he doesn't care but that's bulls*** to me. I used to be so lean and looked amazing before I got pregnant. It's ridiculous to think he likes my squishy stretched out frumpy body of now more or as much as my pre baby body.

That is a hard place to be in for sure. Just keep up the good work and eventually it will all tighten up. You should be proud of yourself! 90 pounds is an AMAZING accomplishment!

I get you. I am mostly embarrassed by my IGT breasts even though my husband doesn't seem to care.
