Just start with healthy choices, knowing how much you're eating, more water and less sugary drinks, and increased activity! :)

Why can't you do legs/abs etc?

Heyyy I've been here just not "here" I weighed on Sunday and I've lost 11.8 pounds in the last 30 days, I really hope I can keep that up for a few months

I don't agree with upping your cardio. Instead keep it high intensity. Try HIIT cardio or fasted morning cardio

It is true to an extent Keep your diet 100% on track, up your water, and do more oblique/twist exercises. Use less weights if you've been doing weighted ab exercises

I'm at the before. I've been to the "after" but then I gained a bunch with my daughter. When I was in shape I looked SO good but I didn't realize it. Now looking back I see that I still saw myself as big, even when I looked amazing. This time will be different. In shape for life this time, and confidence is my goal.

Had a decent day today. Walked outside for an hour. Weigh in on Sunday, hoping for good numbers. My diet has been great, I just wish this process was a lot faster

Probably because of the decreased estrogen and you're probably eating less bad estrogen filled foods. Nonetheless I do agree you should see your doc.

It's actually bonding not a stain so it's a bit different than what you might be used to :) I don't use it everyday but when I do I just wash it off at the end of the day using a gentle soap and then use coconut oil or Chapstick. It doesn't dry my lips out like the lipsticks I've had in the past. They have a moisturizing…

I dyed my hair and got good new lipstick, huge confidence boost.

You will regain it, do some things for you. Change up your look a bit. New shoes or a new outfit, sometimes just little things like that make a world of a difference.
