No weighing in for me this weekend as I'm on my cycle but I can tell Ive lost more. I bought a new lipstick, from the lipsense line. It's amazing, doesn't smudge or smear and stays strong up to 18 hours. I dyed my hair a dark purplish color and I'm feeling way more confident. Change up your makeup and hair if you're…

My step mom is a dietician and agrees with the 1200 calorie rule. No adults should diet under that without consulting their physician.

10.5 months postpartum here and working on 100 pounds

Good job for pushing yourself that hard even when you didn't want to! That's commitment! Don't forget to refuel :) (For some reason it cut off my last comment)

Being nauseated isn't necessarily a bad thing
-
❤️ yep

That's awesome! I want to get another tattoo once I reach my goal. A reward sort of :)
-
So awesome!!! You got this!
-
Why do you let someone else's body fat affect your goals? My hubs weight and body fat has nothing to do with mine... I don't understand that at all My hubs body fat % doesn't affect me....
-
Agreed. Saying "I weigh 150 pounds" when you really weigh "155" is NOT A BIG DEAL. If my husband ignored me for 24 hours over that I'd be telling him HE needs to go to counseling. And I'd be PISSED.

He's awesome!

❤️❤️❤️❤️ My relationship with my mother was like OP's, like the same. She was so mean about everything including my weight. Ditched that relationship after she did some even more terrible things.
-
-
Awesome that you totally ignore the fear and control that is obviously happening
-
Orrrrrrr it's so trivial that it shouldn't matter in the first place and she lied because she was SCARED to tell him. THAT is the problem. The lying is secondary, an issue caused by fear. An unhealthy relationship.
-
WTF? He's giving you the silent treatment over that? You shouldn't be scared of him knowing that you gained a few pounds :( That's not healthy!
-
My husband doesn't eat like me and doesn't want to. For dinner I cook and usually make a healthy dinner or make his less healthy and mine more. Like last night I made HIM fries because he needs the carbs. He eats pb&j for lunch, waffles for breakfast and would eat straight frosting for dessert if I let him. I gave up…

You got this! I'm choosing to put my health first (after my family) in order to love myself and regain my confidence. It DOES benefit your children when you love yourself! And you can teach them to be confident and love their own bodies and how to take care of them!
-
But you DID lose 95pounds! You did and you got off track for a little bit, so what?! You lost 95!!! That's amazing! That's hard work and dedication. You can definitely get that 35 back off!
-
And ya you may need to lower your cals just don't go under 1200
-
Yep! Your body gets used to it! Do weights, high protein/high fat and low carb for a while
-
I dropped 30lbs for my wedding in about 9 months! I was decently lean so it took longer. Lots of weights and HIT! And high protein low carb diet!
-
100% diet! I'm a busy mom! Add me!
-
You can do it! Start with diet and water intake! Remember how good it felt at that lower weight??
-
So sorry ❤️❤️❤️
-
I barely eat any dairy and try to keep my protein up ❤️ I'm 22 and I have a 10 month old, feel free to add me!

"Cold turkey" always works best for me. I decided to cut out all junk and go low carb /keto and restrict my calories to about 1200. Strict guidelines help me most. I don't allow myself any cheats until I meet a high goal. Like I want to lose another 20 pounds by July then I can have a cheat on my daughters bday
-
Low carb, high protein and moderate fat usually works for me. I lost 2.6 pounds this past week
-
Make sure you are drinking as close to a gallon of water a day as possible

I don't weigh my food but I used to do nutrition and personal training so I can kinda eyeball most things, I do measure things like quinoa, half n half with measuring cups
