You can use oats or oat flour to cook with as long as it's gluten free :)

Eat when you're hungry and then stop when you aren't hungry. One shouldn't eat until they are full per say. I eat slowly and drink water in between bites it takes time for your brain to register that you are no longer hungy.

I completely understand. I have a 5 and a 6 yr old myself. My family and I eat completely different diets as I eat gluten and dairy free and they eat everything lol. All I can say it does get easier. Good luck doll you've got this

I read all of the labels. I maybe have dark chocolate at most twice a week. My gut is still messed up I suspect. I don't have IBS but if had terrible constipation for as long as I can remember.

I have 1 cup of coffee in the morning but I use coconut creamer.

Hi there. I have hypothyroid caused by hashimotos disease. I've cut out most gluten (I try not to eat any but sometimes it's sneaky) and cut out most dairy. I am feeling much better since i started doing this. Good luck to you:)

If I'm craving something sweet... Fruit is my go to. If I want chips or something of the like veggies and hummus. If I'm feeling a bit naughty and the calories allow I eat tortilla chips and guacamole. It sucks but cravings pass. If it gets really bad take a 20 minute walk or jog, usually the craving will have subsided by…
