How tall are you and what do you weigh? How active are you and what are your goals? Some weeks I lose 5lbs and sometimes I don't lose any. Do you weigh and measure what you're eating? It can be disheartening for sure but you kinda just have to chug along. Hang in there. It's hard but it's worth it. And 1200 is pretty low…

What are your fitness goals? I manually set mine to achieve what I'm going for ( hardly ever get it right) but I usually go over carbs. Protein is hardest for me.

I eat between 1300-1500 when I don't work out and more if I do. If you eat less than your bmr or at your bmr and work out you should lose weight
