Hey all, just updating you guys. I lost 7 lbs in the past two weeks. I started walking 3.5 miles a day and getting in a couple of basketball or just plain shooting around. I also took on intermittent fasting. I feel that fasted cardio is really helping me and counting calories hasn't been an issue for me lately.

After a week of trying just the calorie deficit method, I think it's safe to say that I do in fact need to realign my relationship with food. I find myself craving for certain foods and it has become so taxing on me that I end up binging. I am willing to go on the more tough, disciplinary diet, but the question I now have…

I forgot to mention that I feel I just got fat over my bulk lol. I feel like I eat a little too good and I have a bad habit of eating after 8 pm. Any recommendations ?
