Today's NSV for me was that for the first time in a long, long time, my ankles and feet weren't swollen. I forgot that I had ankle bones! I'm sure they'll swell again periodically, at least until I'm a little lighter, but it was nice to have that glimpse of better times ahead.

On point for sticking with my diet plan, feeling ok. Doctor cleared me at today's checkup, I can start doing light exercise again too if I want to. Which I don't really, but that's another story ;)

Signing in for first time in about 3 months; ended up needing emergency surgery, all my plans went out window. My NSV is that despite crushing levels of stress the past few days (on top of constant stress for the past 2 weeks), I didn't go on a binge. I came that -> <- close, but managed to hang on by the skin of my teeth!

It's been a very meh few days. My stress level has been sky high, and Friday I was on the go from 6:30 am until 10:30 pm. I managed to stay within or very close to caloric budget each day, but my eating didn't feel good, if that makes any sense. I also had to rely on coffee to keep me going, and ended up not drinking…

I came in a hair under calories yesterday. Today is going to be tough simply because my stress level is at 9.9. I'm trying to step away and take deep breaths, but oh my goodness am I looking forward to the end of this month >:[

I did a mid-weigh in as well, and the number looked like I was on track. I've decided only to count the 'official' weigh-in day though, so here's hoping it stays that way for a couple of more days.

I think keeping close to maintenance is still a heck of good job, when feeling sick - makes keeping on track go from 'difficult' to 'you've got to be KIDDING me' level of challenge.

Ending up going over my daily calorie limit today because I miscalculated in my head. But, it was healthy calories (naked veggies galore), so I'm not going to stress over it since it was an anomaly to go over.

Oh no! Being stuck at work stinks, doing so while under the weather is awful :( Hang in there best you can til you can have a lie down. Is there anyplace you can stow the comfort nibbles to get them out of easy reach, and maybe go have a cup of tea instead? Hope you feel better soon!
