Yeah, make sure you stretch and warm up before you get on. I usually begin on level one and increase the effort every 5-10min. Take it easy.

I normally drink a low carb protein shake after my work outs. Berries are also good. The key is to keep it healthy and snack sized, low carb, low fat. High protein for hunger satisfaction and potassium for hydration are good things to keep in mind.

Been doing 30min a day, today wasn't feeling it but forced myself to do 15 bc its the challenge! Woohoo

I usually do 30min. The challenge will be going every day for14 days :)
