These are dehydrated so a single serving is actually close to 1/3 cup. I weighed mine on the food scale to get the 28g then transferred into a measuring cup to find the closest approximate size

In the morning I'll do 8oz vanilla unsweetened almond milk with 8oz iced coffee, 2tsp maple syrup and sometimes 1T pb2 and just shake it. Post workout I have been doing the almond milk with half a banana in the blender

Thanks for the feedback. Jumped on here to post an update. I actually did drop 25lb by the end of June. now that I'm close to goal weight, I plan to start increasing protein to build us more muscle mass. I put working out on the back burner (Other than cardio to make up for calorie overage on days when i went "off-plan")…

I use a fitness band to track calorie burn it is more accurate than the ones programmed into MFP

lift as in lift weights? I am starting my weight lifting journey. I have a weight bench and a small rack of dumbells. No barbells here yet (actually had a full rack and sold it years ago because it wasn't a priority and it was collecting dust in the garage).

Are you able to do most of the exercises with just your Dumbbells ? I don't have a barbell or resistance bands, ankle weights etc

your current weight and GW are similar (almost identical) to mine. You've lost a ton more than I have - how long have you been working at it? How old are you? I'm 30, 2 kids
