Good job everybody! Today ended my first month. Month 1 loss was 21.4 lbs. bringing me to 320.6 lbs. I'm going to weigh in on Mondays now.

Last Friday I was 318. This Friday I'm 323. Gain of 5 pounds. I exercised a lot throughout. I ate more 2 of the days because I wanted Iron and Potassium and carbs. Also I wanted some drinks. My sodium intake was fine and my water intake was ok. This is the type of thing that gets me frustrated. I was hoping to be 313 today.

318 today. Week 3 down 11 pounds. Week 1 was 11 pounds and week 2 was 2 pounds. I'm pretty frigging happy with this progress but know it will slow. I have a plan to deal with my plateau at 310 though so I should be able to break through it this time.
