  • Hydroxycut hardcore elite. On amazon for ~$18. It gives tons of energy and will make you want to exercise.
  • The other day I went on a hike which took me 39 minutes. Last August when I went on the same hike at a much higher weight I took 59 minutes. During that hike 3 people asked me if I was OK because I was breathing so hard. Not this time! I must be much healthier now. Tomorrow I'm gonna try for 37 minutes!

  • It was a soup tasting event with 7 different soups mostly chowders. I figure at least as much sodium as canned calm chowder. I had a lot of soup too because it was so tasty. So maybe 6 grams

  • Wow you ladies have it rough with the water retention yet you perservere. Good job. I have water problems worse than most guys I believe. If it was any worse it would drag me down psychologically even more. Saturday I had a fair amount of soup which was a bit salty and the next day I had 7 extra pounds. It took till this…

  • 290.7 this morning. Finally hit the 50# mark. 51.3 to be exact. This is my lowest weight since 2008. In 2009 I was 319 and tried really hard to lose weight, at 293 I gave up because I plateau ed for a long time. Now that I have beaten that psychological barrier, I feel much stronger mentally. My next mini goal is 285. I'm…
  • My motivation is usually seeing the scale number dropping. I've been plateaued in recent weeks but my waist keeps getting smaller. I don't understand what's going on but I just ordered a pair of 40x32 Levi 560s which I haven't worn since 11th grade when I was 70 lbs lighter than now. And music motivates me a lot.
  • I'm joining the ymca on Monday. I had several free passes already and at the off peak times I have gone there were few people in my small town there. I would rather get stared at by everybody and their mommas then bit by mosquitoes walking around Minnesota outside in the summer. Usually I just focus on what I'm doing, wear…
  • rdw_reigns@yahoo.com. Add me!!
  • Jess neither the app on android or the website on my laptop allow me to send any messages :( I do want to join in though...
  • My 46 x 32 jeans were feeling loose so I bought some 42 x 32 jeans on amazon. They got here this morning and they fit perfectly. I'm right around 300 lbs and even when I weighed 226 in 2001 I wore 42 x 32 so I really wasn't expecting them to fit so right already. But I'll take it!

  • I got a fitbit now too. :) excited for challenges and stuff
  • I walked 22 hours this week and cleaned the house for 5. I love walking but the mosquitos and deer flies are coming soon. I want to get a bicycle. Does anybody have a recommendation for a bicycle suitable for 300 lbs with a semi comfortable seat that I can right on gravel dirt roads?
  • Starting weight 342 Mar 11 Current 296.8 45.2 lbs lost. Soon glad to be below 300, now at my 2009 weight. Next stop 292 my 2008 weight, then 255 my 2003 weight, then 240 my 2002 weight then 226 my 2001 weight. Then 220 my 10th grade weight. Then it's maintenance time!
  • Law of attraction - what you put out to the Universe, you receive back. Think thin to be thin. Instead of I need to eat 1500 calories because I'm a fattie and I don't deserve more calories, say I'm a thin person so I need to eat 1500 calories to maintain my thin appearance.
  • a real bike? What kind. I was thinking of getting a bike so when the mosquitos and deer flies come out in June I can stay ahead of them but I'm afraid of bike seats because of my big butt.
  • Lately I really like Chickpea hummus with lime, salt, pepper. I dip brocolli, carrots, celery, sliced mushrooms, and sugar snap peas in it. I eat a bunch of food and it's 500 calories. The hummus I get has the brand name "food should taste good". Their black bean hummus is great too and they have a chickpea and lentil…
  • Vitamin do is good but you can also take Siberian ginseng, green tea extract, and cinnamon capsules. That would give you energy and be good for your blood sugar.
  • 313.4 today for a total of 28.6 lbs since March 11. Yay
  • I hate store windows. I think they are designed so that everybody looks bigger.
  • 316.4 this morning. Nice to see a new low. This plateau since April 1st has been tough. Can't wait to be in the 200s like you pepper head
  • Well there is a spiritualist group who believe in the law of attraction. What you put out to the universe you get back. I believe there is something to it but just don't let it affect the effort you put in to losing the pounds. Nothing wrong with telling yourself you look good, beating yourself up certainly does no good…
  • 71 minutes walking today. Tomorrow I'm going for a big walk.
  • On track today but was over yesterday.
  • Yesterday when I went to subway and sat down in a booth my stomach wasn't sitting on the table. It used to or was wedged in and uncomfortable. Now I only have an inch or so there now but it's much more comfortable.

  • Nuari, well lets just take a simple Coke for instance. Nobody could possibly screw up entering that right? Well lets see. 20 oz Coke - 240 calories (correct answer) 20 oz Whataburger Coke - 300 calories (hmm do they add extra sugar?) 30 oz Mcdonalds Coke - 300 calories (???) 24 oz Mcdonalds Coke - 280 calories (???) ok new…
