I've gained a 1/2 pound but...my regular "go to" jeans now have enough extra room that I can stick my arm down them while they're zipped & buttoned (that was a picture--me going "woo-hoo" with my arm stuck down my jeans!)2

316.4 this morning. Nice to see a new low. This plateau since April 1st has been tough. Can't wait to be in the 200s like you pepper head6

I was on vacation last week so I missed my weigh-in. I fell off my diet while on vacation and binged again, gaining about 5 lbs but seem to be dropping back down quickly since getting back on my diet on Saturday.1

I weighed in this morning and 275.6# down from 308# on Feb 29th!!! That's 32.4# I am pretty stoked about it! I go see my Doc on April 28th..so..I am hoping the pre-diabetes has been neutralized and that I am regaining a bit of control over that.1

I do my weigh-ins on Wednesdays.
Note: I was on vacation & missed last week's weigh-in.
My starting weight (on 3/23/2016) was 302 lbs.
Total weight lost since starting was: - 8.4 lbs.
My prior weekly weigh-in weight (on 3/30/2016) was 300.6 lbs.
My current weekly weigh-in weight (on 4/20/2016) was 293.6 lbs.
Weight lost during the last 2 weeks was: - 7.0 lbs.1 -

I maintained this week, which I'm pretty happy about since I spent half the week on vacation, unable to log and not paying as much attention to what I chose while eating out.1

Just checking in. I am still on this journey. I lost 2.5 lbs last week for a total of 34 since 1/29/16. From 310 to 276 currently. People are beginning to notice too, which is encouraging.3
