I weigh daily, but the scale has been stuck all week. Put in a 10K+ step day yesterday, and now I'm -0.8lb. Not so good since I'm aiming for a 2lb/week loss, but at least it wasn't a gain. I might be consuming too much salt.0

I weigh once a week on Sunday mornings, first thing in the morning.
Starting weight: 304
April 3: 273.6
Goal for April 10: 273 (it's been an iffy week, so if I can maintain I'll be please)
I'll take measurements on the 10th, if I remember.0 -
I can't wait for Saturday .. I did a mid week weigh in this morning and it was 4 lbs down !!0

Weighed in Monday and lost 1.5 lbs since last time.0

Official weigh in day today and I've gained 0.75lb. I am happy with that as I gained 3.5lb whilst poorly and I've managed to lose 2.75lb of that again.

Last Friday I was 318. This Friday I'm 323. Gain of 5 pounds. I exercised a lot throughout. I ate more 2 of the days because I wanted Iron and Potassium and carbs. Also I wanted some drinks. My sodium intake was fine and my water intake was ok. This is the type of thing that gets me frustrated. I was hoping to be 313 today.0

I started on 3/2/16, today I'm down 15.2lbs. I really wish I would have taken measurements at the start but I didn't. So I did that today. I weigh in on Friday's and I had a 3.6 loss for the week. Happy Dance!!! It was a nice surprise.0

I'm very happy this week! My goal was not to gain, since I know I had an iffy week of eating. I managed to lose 1.4 pounds, though! 2.5 pounds to my next mini goal!
Starting weight: 304
Last week: 273.8
Current weight: 272.4, loss of 1.4 lb.
First measurements were taken this week.
Underbust: 47.6"
Waist: 46.8"
Belly (my biggest part): 53.5"
Hips: 44"

I think keeping close to maintenance is still a heck of good job, when feeling sick - makes keeping on track go from 'difficult' to 'you've got to be KIDDING me' level of challenge.0 -
I did a mid-weigh in as well, and the number looked like I was on track. I've decided only to count the 'official' weigh-in day though, so here's hoping it stays that way for a couple of more days.0

Today ended my first month. Month 1 loss was 21.4 lbs. bringing me to 320.6 lbs. I'm going to weigh in on Mondays now.0 -
Today's weekly weigh-in: 288.0. Lost 4 lbs since last week, and 12 overall. (Have to attribute at least some of this to the head cold and Cough of Doom, but still - woo hoo!)

I've gained a 1/2 pound but...my regular "go to" jeans now have enough extra room that I can stick my arm down them while they're zipped & buttoned (that was a picture--me going "woo-hoo" with my arm stuck down my jeans!)2

I was on vacation last week so I missed my weigh-in. I fell off my diet while on vacation and binged again, gaining about 5 lbs but seem to be dropping back down quickly since getting back on my diet on Saturday.1

I weighed in this morning and 275.6# down from 308# on Feb 29th!!! That's 32.4# I am pretty stoked about it! I go see my Doc on April 28th..so..I am hoping the pre-diabetes has been neutralized and that I am regaining a bit of control over that.1
